Default Idle high in neutral
1971 roadster frame off resto. idles fine in "D" 750rpm startsout OK in neutral wen it warms up the RMP will go up to 12 or 14 hundred. I am leaning towards the choke? Any ideas??

Check for vacuum leaks and check the choke.

Is the timing set right?

Since you're 'leaning towards the choke', have a look to see if it's wide open when the engine is warmed up.
