I like all c-3s and they are all priced(1974-1982) about even where I live depending on condition and options of course with 1974 bringing a premiium of sorts.Although vehicles built before 1988 are immune to smog testing here they all have to retain there original equipment....its unlikely but if the law wants to he can yank your plates if you have a 1975-1982 and have removed the cat,hence the slight premium on 74s(excluding big blocks and verts of course)Cheers
