I just purchase LED Tailights for my 78. I purchased them thru Corvette Central along with a spare led flasher identical to the one that came with the lights from United Pacific P/ N 90650.
The flasher has 2 prongs configured identical to a standard flasher as well as a ground wire coming from the rear of the flasher case. I plugged it in grounded the black wire and the turn lights stay on solid. However the hazard lights flash. I tried both flashers and have remote wired them
in various configurations with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions.
I tried reversing the wires. I then took the LED flasher out
and replaced it with the stock flasher. The hazard lights still flash at a normal rate, and they continue to flash when the headlights are turned on.
