just put a new fuel line setup on my big block, along with a gauge, which i didnt have before. psi fluxuates between 0-3, pulsing evenly, speeding up w rpms. i cranked the engine w fuel line running into a bucket and it appears to move plenty of gas. no return line installed yet.
should i suspect a bad gauge or possibly the fuel pump? the pumps older, 3 line style. do they have a check valve or regulator built in to maintain pressure in the fuel line?
