Spark plug boot removal
I'm sure a lot (most?) of you know of this trick, but it's new to me so thought I'd pass it on. Removal/adjustment of spark plug wire boots have usually resulted, to me, in torn boots or damaged sockets. Solution: stick a small blade screwdriver between the boot and plug wire, approx 3/8". Twist 90 degrees to form a pocket and squirt a quick shot of WD-40. You can easily slide off/adjust the boot.

Or, you can put some lubricant on the body of the plug before you put the cap on it...
