Default Headlight SW ASM

So I am changing the seals on the actuators and I run into a part that appears to be broken. I looked in the Corvette Parts Book, Assembly Manual and I can not seem to figure out which part its associated with on the diagrams.

The connection is bolted (single bolt) to the headlight spring assembly. The male side has a horizonal and vertically opposing prongs. The female side, plastic splits into two pieces that contains 2 springs of different sizes, the larger spring uses tension to press against the spring assembly chassis when in the (open configuration) or awake. Not really sure where the small spring is suppose to go inside of it.

With the springs tension, the two pieces will not stay together to re-bolt to the headlight chassis.

Part number?!?! or ideas to fix or repair this part?

Best just to replace them. If they are in pieces, they are broken.

All of the corvette parts houses have them.
