coil spring compressor
I rented a spring compressor but it would not fit in the shock hole, and there is no way to get a outside comp. to work, is there a special tool to use or will one from "Harbor Freight" work with modifacation? :smash:

I use a 2' long threaded rod and a 6" square metal plate. $10 from Home Depot or Lowes. Look up the old posts here on the forum about "spring compressor" for details and pictures.
