electric choke

i will be rebuilding my m4mc q-jet in the spring. the carb works surprisingly well now but the car sat in storage for 17 years. i have access to a bench top ultra sonic unit so clean up will be a snap,these things do an amazing job. i will do a conversion to electric choke as well. can anyone recommend a good kit? i am thinking that the best way to power it would be with a relay through the alternator. but i was also wondering if it is possible to go through the oil pressure switch? the car is a 76 stock l48 . thanks.

it needs to be 'switched' hot, not constant, you dont need a relay, and make sure its a choke specifically designated for that carb.

Some of the people I know used a switched wire off of the wiper motor.
