frame question

Default frame question

I need to replace my frame ,what I would like to know is will a 79 to 81 frame fit a 75 body.( I asked this question in the general section and was told to ask it here.) I like the batwing rearend on those cars.

Yes the only difference in the frames is the mounting for the rear ends. But if you want to chagne to the aluminum batwing rear, then it would be fine for you.

Not exactly. The 78-82 frames are different in the rear due to relocating the fuel tanks for the big back window cars. 80-82 batwings you already know about.
