I just pulled the tank sticker off of my 70. It's intact, but the printing is very light and not easy to read. Does anyone know a way to make the letters darker so that the sticker can be read? This car is a "prime" paint code car, and I would like to know what else is on the sticker. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help. togica@verizon.net

You might try taking a high quality digital photo and playing with the contrast using Photoshop.

Take it to a document restorer. They can stabilize it, preserve it and help to get the information from it.
