C3 front brake crossover line replacement
Is it possible to replace the front crossover brake line on a '78 without removing everything around the radiator and fan shroud? It looks like a really tight fit and don't want to get in a mess.

I can't speak to the '78 car; but I have done it on my '71. You do have to make a bit of bend near the middle of the run to get it in place, then straighten it back out before making the connections.
