Default Swirl marks under primer

I have completely removed all of the paint and primer. In a few areas I have sanded to far, I think. There are swirly things that look like they are in the fiberglass. It is not scratches from sanding. What do I need to do with these markings. THey cannot be felt, but they are easily seen. Will this show up through the new paint???

I'm not sure that I understand what it is that is under the primer, but as long as it is not contamination several coats of epoxy primer should seal it down. I would sand the area and recoat with more epoxy to make sure that it is sealed and won't show though the top coats. Good Luck, Craig

The swirly things look like the are in the fiberglass itself. I wish I had a digital camera, so I could show you.

I think what you are seeing is the fiberglass itself. You can't feel them but just see them right? When I stripped mine I could see them also but couldn't feel them.I just used sealer primer and none of that showed up thru paint.

You got it. But will they effect the paint in years to come?
