If you are talking about the rear door weatherstrip block.. yes.. it goes on the inside edge of the door glass. You should see 1 screw hole there. Let me look and see if I have a picture and if so I'll post one. If not, I'll take one tomorrow for you.
The idea is that the rear block of rubber should seal perfectly to the bottom of the door glass rear weatherstrip when the door is closed.
The rear block on the Wx strip does not appear to fit around corner and into the window channel. The metal of the door is in the way. It looks as if I could cut a chunk out of the strip but it seems odd to have to do that.
I have two holes for screws. Pretty close to each other. Looks as if one might be for the door side panel.
New door lock motor, rebuilt power window, be cool insulation and redone side panel. Window doesn't bind and seals good and tight with the new wx strip.
Need to do driver side and order pillar wx strip from Willcox.

No problem.. here is a 78 original door weatherstrip end picture too. One hole is for the end of the door panel screw.. the other is for the block on the door weatherstrip. You can see both in this picture. (pre 1978 the cars did not have two holes in the top, only one as Alan's picture shows.. no hole in the door panel on top).
