Last week I asked if anyone had any suggestions why my 1975 Corvette was pulling to the left when I braked hard. The majority of the replies suggested that I change the brake hoses. Well, over the weekend I changed both hoses. The car seemed fine for a while but then it started to pull to the left when I braked hard. The calibers and brake pads are new. Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Mark

I had the same problem on my Duntov (exept that she was pulling to the right). The reason was that the right caliper was locking up :(. I had both front calipers ($60/each) replaced and now she brakes perfect!!!
Re: HELP - CAR PULLS TO THE LEFT WHEN BRAKING (mdm1)
If the car is pulling to one side it means that the other side is not braking enough. Look at the bottom of the car and inside wall of the tires. Look for a wet spot. You may have a preasure leak on the right side of the car. This would cause the car to pull to the left. Also, try re-bleeding your brakes. You may have an air pocket in your right front caliper, however, re-bleed all four tires and remeber to bleed all the bleed valves(you have more than one per caliper).
Aslo take a look at you fluid resovoir. If your fluid looks like crap and there is a lot of junk in the bottom, you may want to flush the system. you might have junk in the distrubion block that's mounted to the frame(doutful though). In any regards, if you can't find the problem, a system flush couldn't hurt.

You could try rotating your tires just to eliminate some things... Since you changed your brakes and calipers.. (my first guess was caliper) what's your rotors look like? Any oil or grease on the right side? I would also try rebleading the right side again. Good luck!
