Set ventilation to defog manually?

Default Set ventilation to defog manually?
Can it be done or would the vacuum system jump back to vent automatically?

The under hood vac line broke and I have no replacement coming in soon

You should be able to get the vac line anywhere, just bring the old one w/ you!
