Summit Racing Valves
Hello,
I'm looking for a new set of intake/exhaust (1.94/1.50) valves for my new bare Vortec 305 heads.
Summit offers nice stainless racing valves for USD 65 per set.
Does anybody has experiences with that product ? are these good ?
best regards from Germany

A little high but if there racing valves then $65 each isn't bad

Looks like ferreas competition stainless are $50.00 or $92.00 for each cylinder depending on if you want hollow stem or not.
$65.00 for 8 must be a racing bargin. You can do the whole engine for $130.00 not $400.00 to $735.00.
Must be some form of difference in the term competition or racing lol, materials, names or something.
All kidding aside there most likely good enough for what you want to do.

If they are vortecs and your buying new anyway might want to go for +.100 in length. Then you can get decent lift without machining the guides down or having to buy beehives to lift over .450.
