Using a temperature gun would be the easiest, the low temp would indicate the fowling cylinder.

You could also start the car and once it is warmed up, you could pull each plug wire off the the distributor one at a time and when the idle doesnt change, you have found the culprit. I will warn you, you might get shocked. once you find the plug, replace it and add a " no foul " to get you by till you can fix,rebuild, or replace motor.
