Engine is missing most likely due to a fouled spark plug. Is there an easy way to determine which cylinder is not firing?

Start the engine from stone cold and feel the temp of the primarys on the headers.
Cold or cooler one than the rest will show a cylinder not firing or intermittently firing

Using a temperature gun would be the easiest, the low temp would indicate the fowling cylinder.

You could also start the car and once it is warmed up, you could pull each plug wire off the the distributor one at a time and when the idle doesnt change, you have found the culprit. I will warn you, you might get shocked. once you find the plug, replace it and add a " no foul " to get you by till you can fix,rebuild, or replace motor.
