I like the ZZ4 because it is 355 HP, a very smooth idle. Doesn't even sound like a strong motor. Until you are long gone .....

I'd just assume build my own 350 that easily outperforms the ZZ4 and is cheaper....

I am taking a different approach to the "ZZ4" path. I picked up a 94 LT1 out of a police camaro that all the injection stuff was removed from (you wouldn't believe how cheap!) and am going to put the GM conversion manifold on it. Holley 750, ignition, and "HOT" cam later and DD2K is putting me in the 390HP range. Plus, it will be a little different. Because I am a little different! I am betting I will get some strange looks when people see the waterpump! "Where's it at?"
