Difference in chrome centre piece? 68
I have two chrome centre piece's for t section of coupe.
1st approx 4" with 2holes for screws
2nd approz 6" with none
which one is correct oh and i am talking about the rear of the section.

Hi mf,
Those dimensions sound really short.
My 71 has 11" where the T meets the halo trim with 2 holes for tiny rivets. The holes are on the side surface of the ss trim, not the top.
Is the 68 trim THAT different?

Do you have the assembly instruction manual (AIM)? If there was a running change for these, the AIM is likely to show the late one and might list the part number of the early one in the revision notes.

Yet another problem solved with make up a correct parts list for the 68. cheers
Alan and Mike i have both i was wondering which was the correct ?
Alan , one 11" one 9" and as for line changes ??????????????
thanx to both of you and i do have a manual but perfer hands on ansawers.
