Which part is this ?
It's from a 1978 C3 and is located on the left of the driver's feet.

Hello fellow C3'ers....& Lawlie for posting it!!!!!!!!!

I have the same thing dangling under my 78.....Never could figure out the what and why of it.......

Would appreciate any replies/posts to know and find out WTH to do with it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you have an early build?

According to the NCRS Judging manual, the delay feature, while advertised in early 78 corvettes, did not become available until approximately mid 78.
@18485. Vehicles with RPO b3x on the build sheet had the pulse wiper system deleted.
