Nothing 'tinny' about the sound of these, just a nice deep rumble. His comment on the video was that he had the Hooker Max Flow's but they were obnoxious on the highway and after 5 minutes he wanted out. The CC inserts according to him were loud when he wants them to be, and just have a nice rumble to them without drone on the highway. Hope he's right because they are not cheap inserts.
Hey, I know that guy Doesn't seem like it's been a year but it has since I asked Eric at Classic Chambered Exhaust if he could build these inserts for me and look at how they have caught on. I still have them, still love them and can't say there is any difference in sound or volume.

The best part is they are Wife approved, well at least in my case

Thanks again Eric @ Classic Chambered (BTW-where's my commission check?)

Thanks everyone for your responses, I'm going to go with the classic chambered vette pack inserts, I think they will work well for a mild performance engine and still be quiet enough so I can drive it without going deaf. I'll post some info on what I think when I get them installed, goal is to have it running by memorial day.
