Default Lost ignition power
While trying to get the horn to work, I grounded out the power from the solenoid. I no longer have any electrical power to the car. Question: Is there some type of a in-line fuse in the wire from the starter solenoid to the horn relay? If so, where?

A fusible link in the harness going to the starter.

You can buy them fairly cheap at any auto parts store. Quick and easy fix.
