Default 82 temp sensor leaking

I just recently installed my ported intake on my 82 and after a few drives I noticed a small puddle of antifreeze coming from under my temp sensor that screws in the front of the intake. When installed I did NOT use any sealer or tape for the threads as it grounds through that process but am scared to tighten it any more as I could crack the intake. That's what I did to my last intake and had to use JB Weld to fix it. That's not what I want to do. Maybe there is a torque spec????
