No reason to change from the r44t's. They've worked for me for the past 39 years in my '72. You can get them from Rockauto.com. Eight plugs cost about $13.00 with the shipping. Can't beat that!

The letter 'T means tapered seat plug...therefore any 44 or 45T or TS will work just fine....the 'S means extended tip and the piston clearance is not a problem with those either other than ones with 11.1+ compression.....
