Found it on my work bench, have no idea where i came from.
I have seen it before but cant remember where it came from. Yes i am getting old.

It looks like automotive construction type wiring

Thank you, I did not notice the part #, i was so consumed with trying to figure out where it came from.

Headlight warning buzzer? I don't think it will be going back on, i still cant think of a reason i would remove it tho.

Crap. Now i have instructions on how to hook it up, i guess it will be re/installed now, as i have to pull the radio and modify the cigarette lighter wiring to accommodate my GPS and radar detector wiring to hide the wires.
