Here is the scoop 74 vert: no instructions, no mounting materials, just the fiberglass piece. I think these are mold-in pieces. I used two #10 machine screws with flat and lock washers on each end (see pics) and 1 1/4" machine screw with flat and lock washers in the center. Since this is for looks, this should be enough to keep it on the car. You'll also see the I used my Dremel to trim a lot material away so it would mount flush, or close to it. I hope this helps!
