Idle problem with AC on
So I am finally putting to work the AC on my 77 before the summer kicks in full force in Chicago.
I got everything working except the Solenoid fast throttler so the engine does not choke with the AC on when idling. I am having a number of issues getting this worked out and I was hoping you fellows could help me out
1) I got a 80457-8 Holley carb. Which is a problem because it doesn't show up anywhere on their site. so I can;t figure out if this is really the model number. After a few hours online I found someone saying It is the aluminum version of the 80457SA. But I am not sure of this. :/
2) Holley only sells 1 solenoid fast idle that only works with 2 out of the multitude of brackets they have.

It doesnt matter which 80457 you have, it is a model 4160 and uses the 46-74 solenoid, the 20-47 bracket is not used on a 4160. The 20-58 says it's used for a dashpot. Look at the instruction link for the 20-9 bracket and see if you have the two mountings holes, I see only one in your pictures.
