Default 2013 Riverside Reunion

The shop where I work has been prepping the #614 Mashburn Corvette for next weeks race in Sonoma California.

Well the car owner attended the reunion in March and him knowing that I'm a Corvette guy brought me back a poster signed by all the invited racing legends.

I have spent the afternoon reading the Wikipedia histories of the signatures.

We have had this gt40 at the shop for about 8 years.

This is at the local track. We took out 6 cars for testing and race setup. I'm warming it up before going out on the track.

This is from 2006 at Laguna Seca warming it up for the owner before morning practice

I have never worked on a 917. None of our clients own them. These were parked next to us about three years ago.

A mullet! I've had several full beards and always considered a pony tail. I'm 5.10 and 172 pounds so I fit in these tiny race cars.

I've always liked the GT-40 since I was kid with GT40 HO scaled cars on my race track. only about 500 hp and right hand drive and right hand shift. Left hand shifting cars goof me up. I'm to used to driving with my left hand. All kinds of switches and gauges so you don't get bored to death driving around in an endurance race
