Default Wiper Blade problem

Aloha, hopefully someone can help me out on a problem I how have with my wiper blades not shutting off. the local dealership said it's the switch. well I replaced the switch and that's not it. the blades keep running even with the switch disconnected. its a 1973 vette if anyone can give me any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

if you're sure the switch is wired correctly, check the relay that is under the center console toward the radio. remove the side trim panels of the console and you will see it. as a temporary measure, you can stop the wipers with the switch (round ****) under the steering column.

A 1973 does not have that switch...only wiper door cars have it.

You have a wiring issue at the motor. If you have basic tools and want to call me. I can help you out. You need at least a test light ...but a volt/ohm meter is better.
