'68 hood insulation

The AIM shows the hood blanket (UPC 11-13, Sheet A 6.5), apparently for all stock small block hoods. There was no insulaton on my '68 (April) and no evidence it had ever been installed. The new Judging Guide does not mention it for 68s.
