If you are referring to the 'radio noise suppressor' capacitor (connected between coil terminal and ground), you probably don't need it [unless you still have the original Delco radio].
If you are referring to the 'tach filter' that is in a canister mounted on the intake manifold (connected to the distributor), that filter houses a network of capacitors and resistors inside the case. You can disassemble it to find the component ratings....or purchase a new one for $40.
