Default 78 Heater/AC blower replacement

78 with AC.
How hard is it to replace the blower motor? Mine stopped working, have 12 volts at the input to motor.

Not that bad....but will take a bit of patience. Might need to remove the overflow bottle for your coolant system to get the motor out...and might have to remove the fan from the motor to get it out also. Can also be removed from the bottom if my memory serves me correctly....after removing the rocker panel and the plate that joins the fender to the inner skirt at the rear. But I usually get them out from the top.

Is the motor grounded???? Won't work without a good ground wire going to it.

Thanks for the reply, I checked power to the motor and the ground, they seem ok. Also ran a new ground and direct power to the battery with 5 amp fused wire. I think its the motor. will remove the coolant bottle and give it a try.
