What fan clutch ?

What fan clutch ?

I believe my fan clutch is due for replacement, What would be best for a motor that revs to 7000 rpm Thermal or fluid type .

There a two types thermal and centrifugal. Thermal is best but it also uses a silicon based fluid. Have you considered electric fans?

I put a Hayden heavy duty clutch fan on last year. Works good for me.

Oh yeah, the stock fan clutch is best.

If you are going to wind it that high, you need to dump the mechanical fan and install electric(s). Not only does the mech fan weight hinder the engine (rotating mass), but there is also significant risk of it "throwing craps" at high RPMs.
