Carlisle Evolution Display - C3s Needed!
To celebrate the 50th anniversary this year, the Carlisle show will feature "The Evolution Display" consisting of over 100 cars representing every type Corvette produced since 1953. For example, for model year 1995 there will be one coupe, one convertible, one pace car, and one ZR-1.
As of today they still need people with the following models for the display:
'73 convertible
'79 coupe
'86 convertible (non-pace car)
'89 coupe
'90 convertible
'91 convertible
'92 ZR-1
'94 convertible
'94 ZR-1
'95 convertible (non-pace car)
'00 fixed roof coupe

The list is from Joe Clemente, who is running the event. If you have any specific questions, drop him a line at mr35th@aol.com He can tell you more about the free admission, free parking for your commuter car (since the show car stays PUT all weekend), magazine write-ups, and other goodies for participating. FWIW, my 94 coupe has been selected and I am anxious to have my car in this display. There will be 24 hr security soince the cars will be there overnite.
