Default Electrical fault on a 69

I have a 1969 Corvette And recently it has been acting like it's being Possessed. For example when the indicators work they work normally And then they will start to slow and finally not working all. One headlight will always open even when light switch is in off position. Wipers door will not open but when manually operated wipers will work. I have replaced all fuses have replaced vacuum actuators have replaced all vacuum lines has new alternator and new wiper motor and pump. Any ideas guys

I assume indicators would mean turn signal lamps? Try replacing your flasher. Sometimes after it heats up, it acts up.

Have you tested your replaced actuators? Most problems related to your vacuum operated headlights are directly related to the relays. You can find much more help here.
