over heating while driving

hi guys
i got my 1972 with 350 engine and ac but the front nose changed to 1980
the car over heating while im driving and i allredy fix two fans and trans cooler

Did you put the air dam in place under the '80 nose? Without it my '79 ran hot highway driving, but fine in stop and go traffic.

Air dam is a must and the foam around the radiator needs to be in place.

A whole bunch more info would be helpful:
Describe your cooling system: radiator with overflow bottle?
What are the temps?
Are you losing coolant?
Overflow bottle full with cold engine?
Are you adding coolant?
Checked the rad cap gasket for any deformity?

Is the lower radiator hose very old? If more than 5 years old, the [steel] spring inside it {which prevents the 'suction' side of the cooling system from collapsing} may have failed due to rusting away. If that hose is not made to handle suction-side negative pressures, it will close off at elevated rpm and your engine will overheat.
