I have a set of Hooker Competition Headers for my 76 Vett. Will I need to lift the motor to install these? Or can they be put in place from the bottom side?

I asssume you mean the side exhaust, they go in from the bottom, no engine lifting needed, they come with an instruction sheet

Under car exhaust?......no engine lifting needed for those, either. Just jack up car high enough to install from bottom on drivers side.

Thanks all - I actually pulled the motor a few months ago for a rebuild and just got it back. Broke it in on a friends engine run stand and this morning set it back in the car. As I was admiring my work I realized that I didn't place the headers in and just wondered if I had to raise the motor again or can put them in from the bottom - I feel like a kid at Christmas and need to slow down - lol. Thanks
