mothers. i'm very satisfied with the results. i like being able to go down the street to pick some up when i'm out rather than waiting 6-8 weeks for delivery (zaino).
I use Dri-Wash....er what am I SAYING???? I use ZZZZaaano! Hey, I just had a thought.... shouldn't everyone get their butt kicked for trying to sell products on this forum? Shame-shame-shame! ;-)
I painted my car 6 years ago and it's never been waxed. It's only been wet once when I was caught in the rain at a show...Polished yes. I've tried about every polish out there. Meguiar's product line is #1 in mine opinion
Hey I can attest to the lemon pledge thing, particularly on black paint
I agree Meguiar's Gold is the best thing out there.......

Re: WHICH WAX DO YOU USE? (Noel Carboni)
Liquid Glass.
Goes on and comes off easy, yet shines extremely well and lasts a long time.
I bought several cans a long while back. I hope they still make the stuff.

Noel-I was begining to think I was an outcast! Using a witches brew. I've been using Liquid Glass since 1980 and by far it's the easiest to use, leaves a nice durable shine and no swirl marks. Can't ask for much more. There's a Sears Hardware store near me that still sells the stuff and I've also seen it in Giant Eagle SuperMarkets here!
I've used quite a few different brands of wax over the years and I have to say that Zaino not only gives an excellent shine but it puts most of the others to shame in the endurance department. I was a die hard Meguiars user for about 10 years doing the 3 step method. The problem I had was that within a few weeks the car would start to dull again. With Zaino the shine hasn't really ever dulled and I usually just put a coat on every 2 or 3 months for the hell of it. If you compared the shine of Zaino with the shine of Meguiars after their 3 step process, or even one of the many other brands, you will see little difference. If you compared them after a month or two the difference would be night and day. This has been born out in other independant tests, the last I read being from the BMW club. Check out the posts in the Car Care section and do a search on
BMW. You might find it there.
Meguiar's Show Car Glaze and once or twice a year an application of Zymol (love the smell of the stuff).
For those of us that do not use Zaino beware the Zaino police, there out to get us and turn us into Zaino Zombies.

If I want to spend all day putting on 36 coats of ZAino I would instead I spend an hour 3x a year with meguiars and I only need one coat
I asked the infamous "which polish" question in another thread. The most popular brand was Zaino. A friend who owns a body shop, however, recommended Zymol. And that's what I've been using on my bikes and Vette.
I wanted to try Zaino but couldn't find it in stores. If the product is so damn good why don't retail stores sell it? And why didn't I see it for sale at Bloomington Gold?
well my car was painted in 1992 and never seen a coat of wax I was thinking of putting something on it this year. Im not in to 36 coats of anything so I will go with meguiars.
