Headlights stay up..Looking for a solution.

I seen this issue posted but have not see a solution. I rarely drive at night but when I do Its a hassle to always get under to pull them down. Isn't there a "lock stop" or something for the assembly so it doesn't bottom out and lock in the up position?

They're supposed to lock in the full up position, but they are also supposed to lower when the times comes.

Is the over ride under the dash open?

Thanks Mike. It could be open. I had to re-do all the hoses so I may have them backwards. I'll check.

I did replace the the large actuators plus other old components then this started. Was there anything in particular I should have been cautious of when I rebuilt the headlight assembly?
