hub centering rings

I recently bought new tires and after having them balanced twice, I still get a little shake. I have a vintage set of American Racing 200s "daisy mags" that use the shank type lug nuts. I have heard that since the custom wheels have a bigger center than stock, they are no longer centered by the hub and require a centering ring to correct this. Does anyone have any experience with this? Where do you buy the correct rings? Thanks for the help. Vibrations from unbalanced tires are annoying to the point that I don't like driving it anymore.

I second Motorsport Tech.

Yes it's very common even on modern cars. You will need to measure the wheels bore size and the Corvette Hub. Use a caliper to make the measurements.
