Be sure you get the right intake manifold for the ZZ4 heads. Also, pictures I have seen of the exhaust ports show a 'D' shape port. Will they match to Gen 1 SBC headers?

Does it not use stock? The 2101 performer intake should be fine right?

So if I went with the dart heads make sure I get a kit by dart to complete there heads?

I was wrong. The ZZ4 heads work with the 2101 intake. Sorry for that. ZZ4 block is essentially a GEN 1 block with 1-piece rear. main seal. It shares all the same head compatibility with a Gen 1 small block

Lol its cool

So the zz4 is my best shot. But ill just have to grab some c4 headers off a l98?

I just dont want to mess up assembling the heads. Plus the zz4s have been redone and has upgraded valves to ss.

Good question on the headers. I don't know. You may call a help line for Hedman or Hooker and tell them you have ZZ4 heads on your vette and what they recommend.

Perhaps the 'D' shaped exhaust ports are fine with the normal header application. They will know for sure.
