79 headlight issue
my headlights used to come up and go down together. now all of the sudden one starts coming up, is almost all way up, then the other starts coming up. same thing when going down.......one starts, gets almost all way down, then the other starts it's way down. what could cause this? thanks in advance for the help.

Test the actuators first, many times the seal (grommet) goes bad.
