Headlight "Sticky"

Headlight "Sticky"
Just a thought guys. How about a Headlight Sticky? The '82 Sticky has helped me with several issues. Most of the answers where in the first post.
I have a headlight issue, my right headlight is slow and doesn't always open all of the way. They also won't close if I shut off the engine before the headlights.
I searched "headlight" in the C3 forum looking for answers and got 10 pages of threads. I read 3 pages of threads and found some good info, maybe not exactly my problem but I'm learning.
Anyway, since all C3's are pretty much the same, headlight wise, and headlight problem are VERY common, a headlight problem Sticky could condense a lot of info into a small space, i.e. the first post. It could be updated as different issues are introduced.
I realize that this would someone with a lot more knowledge than me and enough time to update from time to time, to operate.
Again, just a thought, Guys.
If this isn't such a good idea, I'm open to thoughts on my two issues
