Default crooked 69?

http://s1362.photobucket.com/user/ta...deshow/crooked
Just finished new rear suspension, trailer arms, spring, struts, shocks, short shaft universals, pinion seal, axle seals, main drive shaft universals. Did a quick alignment and drove around the block. Noticed that it is leaning down on drivers side about 3/4/ of an inch. Floor is not level but took measurement from top of tires. Normal or body mounts or what. Suggestions anyone. sorry for the clarity but you can see the line difference. Thanks

You can tweak the driver's side spring bolt. Personally, I can't see it in your pic, but I'll take your word for it.

On a 69 the body mounts are aluminum and you can see the rear one when you look in the wheel well, is it there, is the surrounding cage there? Are the nuts on the long spring bolts adjusted to the same height? Is the camber the same left and right?

Hi r,
Was there any hint that it was uneven before you started?
What kind of spring was on the car?
What kind of spring did you replace it with?
Are you using stock spring to t-arm bolts or longer bolts?
Try putting the rear of the car on jack stands and jack up each t-arm individually to make sure it has free travel through it's whole movement.
In each wheel well measure the distance from the top of the frame rail to the under body at the same point on each side... that will quickly tell you if it's body related or suspension related.
Regards,
Alan

stock spring with stock length bolts. Car was extremely low in the rear from old spring and trailer arms. the area where the end spring bolt went was bent and separating, Ill take some pics. I will check bolt lengths. Professional alignment has not been done yet. Right wheel does pitch out a little at top. Left is straight. Thanks I will get back to everyone. thank you

Well forgot that one cotter pin was touching trailng arm since I had to drill holes for shims. Made outside hole a pinch bigger to allow cotter pin head to lower pin about 1/16. Everything looks very close when I remeasured. Car sits higher with all new suspension, no more sagging in rear. Thanks everyone
