Default Intermittent no start

Kind of a bit weird-when I turn the key to start position the e-brake light comes on, also i have no heat/ac blower or wipers. Everything else electrical seems to be working. However when the car is acting right and starts as it should, the blower motor and wipers work as they should..... Any ideas?? Ive tripple checked all grounds....

Edit, car is a 78 L48

Check the connector for the starter extension harness. (I know I sound like a broken record- but I've seen way to many failures). Just to the right of and behind the distributor. Plastic 6 way connector.

Wipers and heater blower has a common ground. Black wire to the starter bolt. Check it and make sure someone has not hooked it up to the starter hot terminal.
