Production numbers
I just bought my first vette--1977. It is dark blue with a 4 spd. I know only about 4000 were dark blue and only about 2000 4 spd's . How can I find out how many dark blue 4 spd's were produced?

Unfortunately GM didn't keep production numbers on specific combinations. You're more than welcome to play with the ratios and come up with an estimate, but it will be just that.

Also, the number 2000 you mention is for close ratio 4spds only, not total 4spds.
In 77 they produced about 8000 total.
