ok so drove the vette at night for the first time high beams work fine but when switch to low outside light fine but inside lights stay on very dim?

73 corvette has ecklers square headight conversion turn on headlights high beam and all 4 come on switch to low beam and all 4 stay on but inside headlights are very dim. all dash lights and tail lights are working fine just headlights

Somehow you're getting voltage fed into the high beam lights. I'd check all the wiring, connectors and grounds. I'd also take the dimmer switch out and check it thoroughly for a bad connection or short.
It's just simple DC, shouldn't be too hard to fix.
