backup light switch
I recently purchased a 71 vette and the back up lights don't work. when i looked under the car on the transmission i don't see a switch or wires or anything. The previous owner replaced the transmission with a Borg Warner Super T-10. My question is if i buy the switch from corvette central will it work on this transmission? Is the hookup the same?

You have to specify for that type of transmission...and you have to make sure that there is a very small hole ( just under 1/8" approx) in the linkage plate that is bolted to the reverse stud coming out of the side of the transmission.
One for a Muncie will work but you have to modify mounting and switch it around.
