I've been told, and read, that it's orange in color and on the door pillar behind the glove box insert and I'll be damned if mine is there! Aint a whole lotta room to be hidin it in there and after looking twice I am pretty positive it's somewhere else!
I did however find another black box connected directly to the fuse box with two additional wires, one pigtail coming out and going into the fuse box and another with two connections leading up behind the dash. Upon removing this from under the dash, it has holes in it (alarm?) When I unclipped and opened it there was not any type of fuse relay board like the one I spent 30 bucks on. Is this my courtesy light/alarm relay or should I go out one more time and assure myself that I DO NOT have anything resembling a relay box inside the dash area behind the glove box?

Does the "box" you removed look like this?
If yes then that is a warning buzzer to remind you that the key is out of the ignition but you left the headlights on.
No, mine is longer and has metal prongs that actually go right into the fuse box panel, then two other connections coming off. it has small holes in a circle like there is a speaker of some kind in it, that's why I thought maybe it was the alarm
I did find it tucked in along the post, right where it was supposed to be. I aso replaced th relay board I purchased and the lights immediately came on. . . I WAS SO HAPPY. Then, I depressed the passenger side door jamb switch with my finger and the lights went off. . . THEY NEVER CAME BACK ON??????? WTF? I checked the fuse for the courtesy lights and it's fine so now I guess I have another wiring issue to deal with, any thoughts?

Glad you located the timer. Yeah its amazing how well those timer boards work. What Pete is referring to and what you describe is the warning buzzer...and you described it accurately.

I tried connecting the two whites in the connector with a paperclip and they came on! This pisses me off, that circuit board was 15 seconds old, put it in, depressed the door jamb and released it and it's shot. . . what a joke.
To bypass this relay do I cut the two white wires above the connector and splice them together? I don't think I wanna tape a paper clip to the plug!
No need to cut the wires, just try and wedge a piece of wire into the back side of the connector where the white wires enter the connector. I think I used #12AWG solid copper house wire for mine.
