how do I get my lights down??
Most of the hoses are missing. I know the simple solution is to buy the kit to repair them but it would be a waste because I want to switch to recessed lights in the future. Is there an easy way to get these things down. I pushed them up and they locked in that position.

What joint? I see an actuator with a spring that has a connector with a couple of wires. Something in there?

Forward of that you should see a large headed bolt installed horizontally. That is the pivot point for the mechanism. If you pull that down it will unlock and come down. Just what your fingers!

LOL :lol: Yea that mechanism works kinda like a knee. It locks in the straight up position, but if you kick it in the joint from behind it will let loose.
